Connect Amazon Prime Gaming with EA
Begin with the EA Account you use for EA SPORTS FC. Check that it is the right profile before authorizing any connection, so rewards go to the account you actually play on.
Open your EA Account
Visit EA Account settings and sign in. If you have multiple EA profiles, select the one linked to your game progress.
Start with the EA profile where you want eligible rewards to be delivered.
Locate Connected Accounts
In your EA Account settings, open Connected Accounts. This area lets you review services and platforms associated with your profile.
Choose Amazon when prompted
If Amazon is available as a connection option for your account or promotion, select it and continue to Amazon’s authorization page.
Authorize your Prime account
Sign in with the Amazon account that has your eligible Prime membership. Review the permissions and approve the connection if the account details are correct.
Check the connection and browse offers
Return to EA settings to verify the link. Then visit Prime Gaming, choose an available EA SPORTS FC offer, and complete the redemption instructions shown there.
Remember: Offers and eligibility can change by campaign and region. Linking accounts does not automatically claim a reward; follow the individual offer’s redemption steps.
Link Twitch for stream rewards
Selected EA SPORTS FC broadcasts may offer Twitch Drops. To participate, connect your Twitch profile separately to the same EA Account you use in-game.
Only streams included in an active Drops campaign count toward its watch-time target.
Go to EA’s Twitch linking page
Open ea.com/twitchlinking and sign in with your EA Account if asked.
Sign in to the Twitch profile you watch on
Follow the redirect to Twitch, log in, review the requested access, and authorize the connection.
Finish setup and verify
Complete the confirmation steps, then check EA Connected Accounts to make sure the intended Twitch profile is linked.
Before you jump back into Ultimate Team
Each campaign has its own rules. Read the offer details carefully so you know whether you need to claim an item manually or simply meet the campaign requirements.
- Confirm that the correct EA Account is connected.
- Review campaign dates, region and membership requirements.
- For Drops, watch a stream marked as eligible for that campaign.
- Check your Twitch Drops inventory and claim the reward if prompted.
- Restart EA SPORTS FC and allow time for delivery.
